Terms of Service

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

An account is optional for core features. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your information accurate. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Write NFC payloads intended to defraud, phish, mislead, or harm others.
• Write tags to property you do not own or lack authorization to modify.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or circumvent security features of the App.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written consent.
• Use automated tools to abuse cloud services, rate limits, or other users' experience.

The App offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription, billed weekly (US$1.59/week) or monthly (US$4.99/month), and a one-time non-consumable "Remove Ads" purchase (US$1.99). Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the App, in your local currency, at time of purchase. Purchases are made in the App, not on this website.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The Premium subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android. The Remove Ads purchase is a one-time payment with no renewals.

[Placeholder — include if offered.] If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Contact Apple or Google Play support directly for billing disputes, or email us at contactus@aishayy.com if you need help routing a request.

• You are solely responsible for the content you write to NFC tags and for having the right to write to the physical tags and locations involved.
• Certain actions, such as permanently locking a tag, cannot be undone. The App will warn you where possible, but you proceed at your own risk.
• Always test written tags before deploying them in production, events, or public spaces.

You retain ownership of tag payloads, templates, digital card content, images, and backups you create or store through the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to provide the service (for example, syncing a backup or serving your digital business card).

We do not moderate user-generated content but may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or upon a valid legal request.

The App, including its design, code, branding, templates, and content, is owned by Aishayy and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service).

The App uses third-party services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and platform payment systems. Your use of those services is also subject to the providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content accessed through links or payloads written to NFC tags by others.

We work to keep the App available and up to date, but we may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time. Paid features discontinued while your subscription is active will be handled per Section 7.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR NFC CHIP. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISHAYY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR USD $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert governing law/jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
